In case you have not heard there is another project in front of the Nassau County Commissioners and Zoning board illustrated below.
The project proposal involves 59 townhomes to be built on A1A just south of the Enclave. There are apparently zoning changes required to do this and obviously this will have an impact on our neighborhood.
If you have concerns about this you should contact Nassau County Commissioners and Zoning board.

Regarding Ocean Gardens, as of Friday(2/14), this item had been removed from the 2/24 Planning & Zoning agenda due to an issue in the change of ownership. The application will probably be heard at the end of March or early April.
On Thursday, much of this area on Maxine St. was cleared, prior to the final approval. Both Conserve Nassau and Amelia Tree Conservancy reported this and we believe a stop work order was issued and potential code violations may be in order.
