In case you have not heard there is another project in front of the Nassau County Commissioners and Zoning board illustrated below.
The project proposal involves 59 townhomes to be built on A1A just south of the Enclave. There are apparently zoning changes required to do this and obviously this will have an impact on our neighborhood.
If you have concerns about this you should contact Nassau County Commissioners and Zoning board.

The Amelia Tree Conservancy is working diligently to stop the rezoning. There would be a significant increase in traffic on 1st Coast Hwy and, of course, destruction of all of the important trees that are on this parcel that helps to maintain our environment and distinctive sense of place.
Please attend the upcoming meetings with the Planning Advisory Board to voice your concern.
