We have had a bear visiting our pond. Seen in early morning. It seems to have been around at least a few days. It may be living in the woods at the end of the back pond. Erin and Peter have heard it and have seen bear scat in their yard.
It has been heard by other neighbors mainly on the south end of the neighborhood.
Please be mindful with pets and walking in the hood.

As of June 7 2021 Diane and myself no longer own property in Plantation Point. Your new neighbors are Mark and Susanne Oreszko who seem like fine people. Thank you all got being wonderful neighbors. We will see you at the beach or Harris Teeter 😁
