Dear Plantation Point Neighbors:
Another reminder of the Annual PPCA meeting this Sunday, Nov. 11, at 4:00 PM, at the American Beach Community Center as covered below.
In order to make the meeting official we will need a simple majority of residents attending – minimum of 36 – so please plan on attending.
One change is the election of BOD members. Rosa Haslip has decided not to run again along with Steve Placido – leaving four open positions. Myself and Charlie Sciarini are running again and we have gotten two volunteers for the remaining positions – Ara Trembly and Barb Anderson.
Since the November 4th deadline is passed for applicants, we have four openings and four volunteers meaning no election is required this year. Vote will be by acclamation.
Look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.

Are you and Charlie running again as a candidate ie your term is complete or are you still serving your term. Please make this clear to members.

As stated in the original meeting announcement Bob Allison and Charlie Sciarini’s 2 year terms are expiring and they have chosen to run again. Rosa Haslip and Steve Placido’s terms have also expired and they have chosen not to run again. This leaves four open positions and four applicants, so no resident wide election is required. Vote is by acclamation. As previously stated application deadline was November 4th.
