All, the entrance gate is operational. New reducing gear box installed. This is the same fix we just went thru with the exit gate. Both should be good for 20+ years.  Big thanks to Tim Gallagher for the extra set of hands and invaluable mechanical prowess! Larry Rogers

To Steve Placido for tackling the front curb cleaning today. Six hours later and they look great. Thanks also to Tom and Jody McMahon who kindly let us hook up to their hose, which made the job go much faster as the irrigation pump was not up to the job.

It is necessary to order a new gearbox and motor to repair the exit gate. If all goes well, it will be up and running within about a week.

Greetings, We are experiencing a problem with the controller board on the exit gate.  We have ordered a new board which will arrive early next week.  The exit gate will remain open until we complete the repair.  Thank you for your patience.  Regards,Charlie Sciarini
