We have two issues to discuss.
Hurricane Milton
As everyone is aware Hurricane Milton is on the way. Milton is expected to be felt along NE Florida on Wednesday through Thursday. We have not seen any announcements for evacuations yet. Potential this could be a category 4 hurricane when it hits the west coast of Florida. Monitor www.onenassau.com for updates on the hurricane. You can receive text alerts by texting OneNassau to 888-777.
Neighbors who are not on property, please contact one of the board members named below if you need to have anything secured at your home to make it safe.
Should an evacuation order be issued by Nassau County Emergency Management (Nassau County Sheriff’s Office) please send a text to Bob Allison (847)867-2231, Charlie Sciarini (904) 521-6838 or Don Haviland (904)556-7074 if you decide not to evacuate.
Annual Meeting Save The Date
The PPCA Annual Meeting will be held on November 17, 2024 at 1:00p. The meeting will be held at the American Beach Community Center. You will receive an official notification of the meeting by snail mail approximately two weeks before the meeting with more details.
There are four board positions to be voted on at the meeting.
