Greetings Neighbors:
We are planning to take down a bad section of our north front wall on Sat May 4 starting at 8:30 AM.
Probably be done in a few hours if we have good help.
We have a dumpster ordered for the debris and looking for volunteers to help out. Dirty work but we have done this before and it’s actually fun. Demolition is good for the soul!

Hoping to get about 10 volunteers.
Also needing tools like sledge hammers, pry bars, and wheelbarrows – C4/dynamite etc probably a code violation although not covered in the Covenants:)
Might also have beer on tap!
