Front Entrance Project

Hi Neighbors: Here is a heads on up our front entrance project which will start on this Monday Oct 26th at 10 AM:The project has three parts:

1. We will be removing the south low wall running from the main entrance wall south to the Franklin Town entrance gate. The wall is about 90 feet long and runs along Goose and Linda Tatums property.  We will have a dumpster to fill  with tear down debris . 
2. We will construct a new fence to replace the removed wall. 
3. We will also clean/repair/paint the front entrance main wall on both sides of the entrance. 

Charlie Sciarini is heading the project and we like to have  some more volunteers to help out. This work will take several days. Please contact Charlie at 904-521-6838 (call or text) if you can help out. The hard part will be Monday/Tuesday with the wall demo/removal and the new fence construction. We could also use sledge hammers, crow bars, shovels and wheel barrows if you have them. Our current crew is Tim Gallagher, Larry Rogers, Charlie Franz, Herman Wood, Charlie Sciarini, and Bob Allison. Please let Charlie know if you can lend a hand. As a reminder to all, we have our Annual Meeting planned for Sunday Nov 15th at the Kraft Athletic Club off of Buccaneer. More details on this will follow so please mark your calendars.
