FYI your board has approved at our last meeting to contract our ace tree man – Paul Manning to trim the palm trees in our common areas for $35 per tree. We have about ten of these. Paul has also agreed to offer that price to any residents who need their palms trimmed. Paul can be reached at 904-556-1179 if you want to take advantage. This is your cost of coarse and be sure to mention you are a PPCA resident.
