One of the procedures required at our Annual Meeting is approval of the last years Annual Meeting Minutes for 2016. The minutes are available to members on the PPCA Meeting Minutes page of the website. We will vote on approval for this at Sundays meeting. This will allow you to review the 2016 Minutes prior to the meeting. Additional copies of the minutes will also be available at the meeting Sunday.
We have had a slow response on meeting confirmations as of today and getting concerned about the attendance.
In order to ensure a successful and meaningful annual meeting, we need attendance and/or proxies from at least 51% (36) of our voting lot/home owners. Please RSVP for the meeting by November 15, 2017. In the event you are not able to attend the annual meeting, you may provide your proxy vote to another resident of the community. Your proxy will count towards establishing the quorum of 51% of the owners needed to convene the meeting. If you have not already responded please do so to either
