Annual Meeting Reminder – Nov. 19

Greetings to all,

Attached is a proxy for the Annual Meeting.  You will not need to fill out a proxy if you will be attending the meetiing.

This is a reminder that our Annual Meeting will be held on November 19, 2017 at 3:00p at the American Beach Community Center 1600 Julia Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida.

In the announcement noticing the community of the Annual Meeting, the Board advised that we have three open positions on the Board for 2018.  Patti Wright our current Secretary, Cameron Bowers, our current Treasurer advised they would run for office.  In addition, Larry Rogers has volunteered to run for the Board.  We have not received any other nominations or volunteers for the open positions on the 2018 Board.   In view of the fact we have three open positions and three volunteers for those positions Patti, Cameron and Larry will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.

Please advise us if you will be attending the meeting or executing a proxy.
